Build Your Own Baddie(BYOB)

Processing:Processing time is 7-10 business days from when hair is received. We are are unable process and ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day. All orders placed on weekends or major holidays will  be processed and or shipped  the next normal business day. 

Tracking:Your orders may be tracked on our website until your order has been shipped out. After that you may track your order via your carrier service. Shipping: As soon as your order has been shipped out we will email you with your tracking number. Shipping time varies from 3-5 business days with priority mail shipping. Overnight shipping is unavailable at this moment.

Exchange & Return Policy:Due to the nature of our products we are unable accept any exchanges or returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED!

Made To Order Service: What does made to order mean? This is order for something that is made after you place your order. Please allow the full processing time before contacting us about your about your order being received. We are working very diligently to complete your order in a timely matter. We appreciate your patients.

It is very important to measure your head for an accurate fit . If you input improper measurements your unit will not fit properly. We are not responsible for units not fitting. Please leave your complete head measurements in the box below. There is a guidline photo above for reference of which measurements is needed. 

If you would like us to provide your bundle simply order your bundles and closure and add BYOB to the note when you purchase. We will then use that closure and bundles to build your baddie!
