Processing takes 3-7 business days. We are are unable process and ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day. All orders placed on weekends or major holidays will  be processed and or shipped  the next normal business day. 

Your orders may be tracked on our website until your order has been shipped out. After that you may track your order via your carrier service. As soon as your order has been shipped out we will email you with your tracking number. Shipping time varies from1-3 business days with priority mail shipping. Overnight shipping is unavailable at this moment.

What does preorder mean? An order for an item that has not yet been made commercially available yet. This means you order the item with the understanding that the item is not readily available. 

Due to the nature of our products we are unable accept any exchanges or returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED!
